Return Policy

We have a limited return policy because we cannot restock returned goods, and we have to absorb the cost.  If you wish to return a product, please review this policy in full and then call us to discuss the reason you wish to return your product.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@lashboxla.com to obtain a return authorization number within 14 days of shipment (3 days for shipment damage or defects).It is mandatory that the return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. Any returns sent without the return authorization clearly marked will not be accepted or opened.  No return will be considered more than 14 days after shipment

Shipping and handling costs are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed – only the product cost of authorized returns is refunded. Allow 2 weeks for us to process your return once we receive your returned items.

Shake vigorously for 1-2 min before each use.

• DO NOT APPLY GLUE ON CLIENT SKIN!

• Product can be used only on completely closed eyes through entire application. 
• Use under eye gel patch for protection.
•  Lash extension adhesive fumes may course allergy reaction to some clients. 
• Client Information and consent form is required before application.  
• Patch test is required before using this product.
• It is possible client to develop sensitivity to adhesive with time.
